"I’m here to testify how great the 60-60 Guarantee is. I purchased a Henley recently. After wearing it for a short time, I came to the conclusion it was too large for my wrist. It’s a beautiful watch; just not for me. I returned it for a prompt, full refund - no questions asked. Now I’ll be looking for another CW watch, perhaps a forthcoming model. I’d like to see something a bit thinner. I’d even go for a manual wind watch, as long as it’s an automatic. CW - great company. Buy with confidence."

"Chris, as promised, I am writing to let you know my thoughts about the 'Christopher Ward experience.' From start to finish the whole experience has been exemplary. Both Wera and Fraser were very patient and helpful in assisting me to choose the right watch. Emails were answered very quickly (even on a Sunday evening) and dealt with efficiently. I was even advised to place an order before a certain date to avoid the recent price increase (which still represents great value). On ordering the watch, it arrived the next day. The presentation box and outer sleeve were very nicely made, and something you wouldn’t necessarily expect of a watch for this price. In addition I bought a Sienna travel case... which is also beautifully made, and is where the watch will be when not on my wrist. The watch itself is stunning, and could easily have a Tag Heuer or Omega symbol where your name is printed - such is the quality... (but at a fraction of the price! But what you wouldn’t get with the aforementioned, is the personal service.

My brother the Jaeger le coultre wearer! looked at it last night, and was equally impressed. He actually said he preferred the look of it to his! I compare it to my rare little Fiat Barchetta. Stunning Ferrari Style for Fiat money! I know I will get lots of pleasure from my new purchase , and will no doubt shortly be considering buying my second Christopher Ward watch the equally impressive C4 Peregrine. In the meantime, i will be telling everyone about this great little watch company that I have discovered! Thanks again for an exceptional product and service."

"Although the website demonstrated that these watches looked attractive and very good value, I wanted to see them to make up my mind whether, and which, to buy before actually committing myself, despite Chris’s offer to send one without charging me. So I went to their premises to see them.

Which in one sense was a mistake, because I ended up being unable to choose and therefore buying two - an Aviator and a chronograph. But it was not really a mistake, because they are excellent value and most attractive.
