- After needing to send my first charcoal c60 back I received my current charcoal c60. Customer service corrected my issue very throughly and quickly just like they promise. I love this watch. Value for the money doesn't get any better. I chose the charcoal because it is different than the over done typical black Bezel on black dial and this watch can still be dressed up. Some people don't like where the date is however I find nothing wrong with it. The only final product issues I have I would say are the clasp. The micro adjustments are almost non usable and the diver extension could be better quality, however neither affect me. Like I said before I love this watch and the value is unbelievable.

Just received my watch today and proudly on my wrist.After many views online it certainly lives up to expectations as others have stated. I have never really been a big owner of watches and this is probably only my 4th in over 50yrs! It is however by far the best so far. Beautiful design ,comfortably heavy and easy to read. Even my two sons (15 &19) who don't own a watch have been looking at it with great interest and agree it is a good looking piece.
Customer service seems excellent with an enquiry e-mail prior to purchase answered straight away and the watch delivered (with a bracelet adjustment) on a Wednesday after ordering the previous Saturday.
Well done Christopher Ward you have another satisfied customer! -

- This is my first Christopher Ward, but not my last. The watch is well made, with every detail attended to. The pictures you can view on the web don't do this justice, you really must see one in person to appreciate the quality. The staff were most helpful and the entire experience of purchasing this watch was great. Highest recommendation.
