To turn this dream into reality we have stripped away the usual and horrendously expensive marketing paraphernalia of the established luxury brands and put the customer and the watchmaker together at the centre of a revolutionary business model with no agents, retailers, celebrities or expensive marketing campaigns between. Christopher Ward himself insists on inspecting every watch before it is sent to the customer (free of charge anywhere in the world...) and the company credo harks back to a bygone age craftsmanship and bespoke service. Our watches use Swiss movements exclusively and are only available through our secure internet site or over the telephone. These exclusive, beautifully designed and hand-crafted watches are the equivalent of those more ubiquitous brands found on the pages of the Sunday supplements but cost a fraction of their price.
